Because of its flat topography, sudden rain storms regularly result in flooding in Kuwait's built-up areas. The scene in this video was shot about 30 minutes after a severe rainstorm , which started with a heavy hail storm (see the video from "vinodps2003" elsewhere on youtube), hit a certain part of town. For the next hour or so torrents of rainwater found it's way around this township, often in streets where no rain had fallen earlier.
