Chad Henne connected with Braylon Edwards for two 4th quarter TDs as the Wolverines stormed back from a 17-point deficit to force overtime. A third TD from Henne to Edwards in triple overtime sealed the 45-37 victory.

In a contest between top-10 teams, Iowa and Penn State played a barn-burner which saw Penn State rally from a 3 TD deficit in the 4th quarter, only to come up short in overtime, 42-35. Heisman finalist Brad Banks led the Hawkeyes with 4 TD passes.
