News of an arriving swell sees the crew packing up their gear and embarking on the long journey towards the chilly South Island. A snowball fight erupts as the boys travel across the interior of the North Island.

Frustration finally causes a blowout between Pat and Donavon, with hilarious results. Then, Maz leads the crew to the best surf of the trip at a local sandbar after which everyone takes on a natural waterslide where one of the boys gets injured.
