The four best-of-the-week winners, Chuck Mendoza (The Valley), Harp Pekin (North Hollywood), David Reddix (aka D-Redd) (Northridge), and Vakisha Coleman (Compton), battle to determine who will go head to head in the next round. Harp Pekin (North Hollywood) chooses to battle Vakisha Coleman (Compton), leaving Chuck Mendoza (The Valley) vs. David Reddix (aka D-Redd) (Northridge) to battle in the second round. Wilmer calls out four past contestants who are there for jury duty, CJay Hill (Riverside), Bruno Gomez (Culver City), Jamaal Todd (The Beach), and Kenny Wells (Baldwin Hills), but says he wants their moms to be the jury. The moms step out and Sam and Jason remind everyone that this round is 'Yo Momma' jokes only. Wilmer dismisses the jury of moms and Sam explains the battles. Wilmer, Sam and Jason discuss who should win. The Best of L.A. is crowned and takes home $5,000 in cash.

After being voted the best of their hood and defeating the competition Anthony 'AJ' Foster (Riverdale), Brett Hendrix (South Bronx), Rashard 'Boomshard' Leverett (Eastchester) and Jordan 'Hair Jordan' Schulkin (Morris Park) battle to determine who will go head to head in the next round. Hair Jordan (Morris Park) wins this round and selects to go up against Boomshard (Eastchester), that leaves AJ (Riverdale) vs Brett Hendrix (South Bronx) to battle in the second round. Before the battle begins Sam and Jason select topics the contestants have to stick to during the battle. Wilmer introduces a jury comprised of the lead contestants that were defeated earlier in the week. Christopher 'Chris' Grant (Woodlawn), Jonathan 'Sunny Delight' Garner (Wakefield), Rob Neil (Pelham Bay) and Nore Davis (Throgs Neck) select Boomshard (Eastchester) and AJ (Riverdale) to move onto the next round.

Just four players remain undefeated in the trash talking tournament, and they're back to fight for the crown as Atlanta best in this ultimate Yo Momma showdown.
