This video shows the inner circuit at Coate Water, a lovely piece of track where one curves round and up to cross over the line. With up to 15 locos on the circuit at at any one time there were inevitable queues at some points and I had to pull up before reaching the overbridge. The only downer during a truly excellent afternoon was when I slowed up to match my pace with a steam engine I'd caught up with and a clown driving a GWR King smashed into the back of me. The driver in front said that the crash was s loud he thought the railcar had been turned into matchsticks! A touch of incompetence marring a good visit during whic I met up with a couple of people I knew including David Delaney who built my railcar and 'Coatewatersam' Maisey who also has a railcar.
