ANCHOR: Dragons, boats and athletes came together on Toronto waters, creating a one-of-a-kind cultural festival. STORY: It's a little rainy out here at Toronto's Centre Island, but people are still here at the TELUS Toronto International Dragon Boat Race Festival. Five thousand paddlers, 180 teams, and over 100 races will happen right here in the next two days. Athletes from all over the world are going to be arriving to race, so the competition is on. Aside from the main featured races, the Dragon Boat Race Festival also offers attractions on land. A Multicultural Village will treat the eyes to displays of arts and crafts demonstrations, booths, and games for all ages.
