The Sandia Peak Tramway, at the northeastern corner of Albuquerque, is the longest aerial tram in the world, covering a distance of 2.7 miles. The observation deck at the top of the tram sits atop Sandia Peak in the Cibola National Forest at 10,378 feet and offers an 11,000 square-mile panoramic view of the Rio Grande Valley and the Land of Enchantment.
