Drivers on Interstate 5 near Albany, Oregon, called State Police to report a Reckless Driver. State Troopers picked up the suspect, driving a red Saturn, in the Gateway Area of Springfield, Oregon (about 40 minutes south of Albany). The troopers pursued the driver through neighborhoods and across the city line into Eugene, Oregon, a few blocks later, the Driver finally came to a stop, not willingly, not with spike strips, but a small tree in a College Neighborhood.
