A series of misunderstandings, misadventures and mistaken identities combine to disguise Raj as a woman and sends him fleeing from two FBI agents.

Prior to Snoop Dog, there was Snoop Dee who has been sneaking into Raj's room and reading his diary. Raj decides to play a practical joke on her instead, and herein lies the answer to what's wrong with Raj. He thinks he can outsmart Dee.
