Video released Feb 01/08:It took only 20 minutes of deliberating for jurors to convict David Nicholas Snow of breaking into Lincoln Golf Club, rifling its safe and fleeing police after he and his partner were caught by a "serial burglary task force" surveillance team. The nine-man, three-woman jury wasted no time Friday finding Snow, 23, of 1780 Roberts guilty of safe-breaking, breaking and entering with intent to commit larceny and fleeing and eluding police, all felonies. Muskegon County Circuit Judge Timothy G. Hicks scheduled sentencing for 1:30 p.m. March 10. The charges stem from the July 27 break-in of the golf club at 4907 Whitehall, and a subsequent high-speed chase after a police stakeout team tried to arrest Snow, driving a red pickup truck, and passenger Ryan Armstrong, 20, of the same address.
