The three Middle Schools (Pennfield, Penndale, and Pennbrook Middle Schools) of the North Penn School District (Lansdale, PA) combined their 9th grade marching bands, and their 7th, 8th, and 9th grade Color Guards in a pre-game performance at Citizens Bank Park, home of the Philadelphia Phillies on the evening of September 25th, 2007. The combined band is under the direction of Mr. David Orehowsky (Pennfield), Mr. Robert Kennedy (Penndale), and Mr. Peter Neu (Pennbrook). This performance was during the pre-game show just prior to the Philadelphia Phillies hosting the Atlanta Braves as the two teams were still in the race for a playoff spot. The Phillies ended up losing to the Braves by the score of 10-6. However, the "Fightin' Phils" went on to take take the National League East crown for the first time since 1993. Go Phillies!
