For Duane Dog Chapman the War On Ice (crystal methamphetamine) has many fronts. Today he adds a new line of attack to his arsenal - in addition to hunting fugitives he will now try public awareness. The bail jumping Pana is a convicted drug dealer, and has a reputation on the street as being a member of the deadly California gang, The Bloods. In their hunt through Chinatown and the projects, the crews fears are realized when Pana's mother gives them a picture of her son standing with other Bloods, wearing the gang's colors and making gang hand signs. Later they meet a woman who has a score to settle with the fugitive, and she offers to help Dog to lay a trap and spring it at midnight in Chinatown.
