Some changes could be coming to south third street in Bismarck. A site plan has been submitted to the Bismarck Planning office for a CVS Pharmacy to be located on the corner of South Third Street and Indiana Avenue. The site plan shows the building will go on the land where the Kirkwood Tesoro and Los Amigos Restaurant are doing business now. A CVS Pharmacy Sporkesperson will not confirm the plans for the new store. One of the businesses involved in the sale of the property did say their land is being purchased but could not say anything else. The deal has not been finalized and the site plan still has to get approval from the city. Last night the city commission approved a zoning change for the lot to allow for the development. Earlier this year...CVS announced a new store to be built on US Highway 83 and Calgary Avenue just south of Stan Puklich Chevrolet.
