The Minot man murdered early Sunday morning was hit by as many as four gunshots according to court records in the case. 27-year old Joshua Valasquez died in the incident that happened about 2-am in Eastwood Park in central Minot. 31-year old Antonio Stridiron was arrested about noon Sunday and made his initial appearance in court this afternoon. Judge Doug Mattson ordered him held without bond after Robert Martin was designated as his court-appointed attorney. Court records say police found nine spent shells from a 9-millimeter handgun at the scene of the murder.
