It is the 2002 Eastern Conference Finals between the NHL's Toronto Maple Leafs and Carolina Hurricanes. The winner of the series heads to the Stanley Cup Finals for a chance to compete for Lord Stanley. The Maple Leafs are down 3-2 in the series heading back to the Air Canada Center facing elimination in Game 6. It's 0-0 in the third period until Carolina's Jeff O'Neill puts one past Leafs goalie Curtis Joseph. Time is clicking down and with less than a minute to go in the third period, elimination is becoming more of a reality for the Toronto Maple Leafs as they desperately need a goal to send the game to OT and avoid being knocked out.
