Perry talks in is studio about the things that he saw in his night vision. He tells us where He believes we are prophetically. He says that we are in the birth pangs from Matthew 24:7-8. He talks about what some of the false birth pangs were, like the Y2K incident. Then He says that the pangs become more intense and closer together. He calls it prophetic acceleration. This means that God is accelerating events because we are in the time of the end. He says that the United States of America has three things that are happening right now. The first thing is that we have the 400 years cycle from Genesis 15:13. The second thing is that we have the empire cycle where an empire last about 250 years and America has reached its peak.
