Most JETs are ALT - Assistant Language Teachers. But a few JETs choose a very different job - being a CIR. In this vlog I chat with my buddy Roger from Australia. Roger and I are the only two 5th year JETs in Shimane this year, so we've both been in Japan since 2004. But Roger speaks fluent Japanese, a skill I wish I had. :) Here he explains what a CIR is and a little about how he came to be one.
