This is a secret message that the game programmers put in to see if you could ever find it. heres how to get there 1:make sure your in staunton island if you are still stuck in the first island you can take a car type in the flying car cheat (right, R2,O,R1,L2,Down,L1,R1)and fly it over the broken bridge. 2:Go to the parking lot where you had to take out the men with the bombs strapped to their chests. If you have not done that, fly over the bridge, go straight till you see water and go left along the road until you see an alley. Once you get there just do what i did on the video and you can see it for yourself. If you cant find the parking lot comment to me and I will post a video showing you how to get there.
