Mr. Fraser has been described by Prime Minister Stephen Harper as an active and passionate voice for Canada's official languages policy. He has been invited all over Canada to speak on issues relating to official languages and has given lectures on language policy as an Adjunct Professor at Carleton University's School of Journalism.
