It was another day of deliberating for the 12 member jury in the trial of Moe Gibbs in Minot. Shaun Sipma continues to follow the trial at the Ward County Courthouse and has more. The jury deliberated for the second full day here at the Ward County Courthouse before going home for the day. Gibbs was brought back into the courthouse at Ward County three seperate times with the prosecution, defense, and the jury for what we were told questions on evidence. And once again Southeast District Judge John Paulson ordered that the courtroom be closed to the public and the media. Now we talked with attorney Jack McDonald from Bismarck who said this afternoon over the telephone that this is very unsual and that it could set an unwelcome precident for future cases. Now while all of this is going on the families of Moe Gibbs, Mindy Morgenstern, and that of Jordan Ranum are keeping their vigilance here at the courthouse for any word from the jury.
