This is the Sultan from GTA IV, but not the standard version, or the RS. It seems to be inbetween. The speed and handling is inbetween that of the RS and the base Sultan, and so is the styling. It doesn't have the turbo blow off sound like the RS does, but sounds throatier than the stock Sultan, and it has the same engine model as the RS. The rear end says "Sultan Twin Turbo 3.5" but not RS after it, and when you enter this car (as you can kind of see) it only says "Sultan". I DO NOT know how to find this car, I don't have any tips. I found it in Bohan, not exactly sure where there. I wasn't in any car, I just loaded up the game and there it was (with a female driver, who I jacked the car from).
