I learned how to dance Forro in Caraiva. After I learned that first night, I went out every night to dance it. People would play the music nonstop. In the middle of the night near our tent a bunch of people were gathered around a campfire banging away. If you listen you can hear a little bit what forro music sounds like. The dance is two steps to the right and two to the left. But it gets really complicated after you figure that part out.
