To fish him out, you have to finish off a party member until he appears. When he appears, get in as many attacks as possible before he uses Fury again. The job isn't that easy. The boss is accompanied by Soul Savors, which cast -aga spells. If you defeat a Soul Savor, it will be for naught. They revive.
