I goofed and didn't give Mog the Paladin's Shield. I found this out later in the fight. Strategy used against Blue Dragon: In some sense, this boss is quite easy in a Low Level game. First off, the dragon uses Tsunami at the beginning of the fight. Then, it just starts using other Water attacks, like Acid Rain, Aqua Breath, and El Nino. Be sure Terra and Celes have high Magic Evasion. They will block Tsunami, and other water attacks. As for Gau, have him use the Aspiran Rage. Not only will Gau will absorb the Water attacks, he will also throw out Gigavolt, which happens to be its weakness. I had Mog act as a tanker.
