Sharon Stone, the 47-tear-old Basic Instinct megastar, gave a press conference in Paris on Tuesday (4 October) to announce that she has signed up to be the new face of the Christian Dior skincare line. Clad in a plunging neckline blood-red velvet dress, fishnet stockings and silver high heels, Stone had warm words of praise for the Dior house and his creator, the late Christian Dior.
