Drunk or high black guy driver in Hyundai car swerving, crossing lanes, tailgating. Inattentive driver. People like this don't need to be on our roads. I got behind him at Fred Meyer and crossed through the light where the Chevron gas station is behind him. Above Gene Meyer Towing he swerved in front of a car coming the other way then moved to the side of the road as if he was stopping. I went around him, at the stop sign I turned left at the old folk's home and came down Renton Ave. While he had a red light he pulled out in front of cars coming down the hill, one car locked up its brakes. At the southwest corner of the Renton airport he turned into oncoming traffic and swerved back in his lane. At the light to turn left onto northbound Rainier ave he almost rear ended a car that was stopped, then when the light turned green he went through and almost hit the car in the turn lane waiting to turn left onto Airport Way.
