Douley was having issues with his front shoes, he kept ripping them off in the pasture. After a few times his front hooves were really chewed up. My trainer recommended a horse podiatrist. He came over and he recommended taking off his shoes. If you look closely you'll see grey wrap on his front hooves to protect them while they heal. This video shows Douley moving without shoes and he is really moving well. So he's a happy horse.
