Donut Hole Manager, Kevin Cavanagh, says the fifty pound bag of flour that cost slightly more than 7-dollars in 2006, now adds up to more than 26-dollars. They use 2 to 3 bags a day. That can really add up when you are making a couple hundred dozen donuts each day, and that doesn't include the muffins or buns.
