It will replace the departments 13 year old white rescue vehicle and it's outdated equipment. The new truck is fully equipped with todays most life saving gizmo's and gadgets this powerful Ford F550 has the ability to maneuver through the cities ever increasing traffic congestion with ease. Fire Chief Joe Traylor said that it gives his department a better opportunity to support the public .
