While we were visiting in Missoula, the Craigheads pulled out a box of old slides, a projector, and screen to put on an old fashion slide show. They told stories about a whale hunting expedition during the late 1970s with a native community in Barrow, Alaska. I think they wrote an article about it in National Geographic.
