Constitutional Court has postponed the Sollaku case for December 10th. The later date was seked by the DA on the case, who argued that he didn’t have enough time to get informed on the case because he had been appointed just recently. The Sollaku case regards former General Prosecutor Theodhori Sollaku’s appeal for the second investigation of his that was done by the Parliament. Sollaku is seeking from the court to pronounce the second investigation illegal. If the court agrees with Sollaku, then his firing is also illegal. Tirana-Albania Vizion Plus
