This is where Zhao Deqin now comes to be with her children. The makeshift shrine honours Zhao's 15-year old twin girls, Yajia and Yaqi. The girls were amongst some 500 students of Juyuan Middle School who died in the powerful earthquake that struck China's southwest last week. Like dozens of other schools across the region the six-storey building literally collapsed while other buildings survived. Zhao blames shoddy workmanship and she and her husband want an explanation. (SOUNDBITE) (Mandarin) ZHAO DEQIN SAYING: ''The school was not built to proper standards. No other building except the one housing classrooms collapsed at the school. Now there are a lot of students dead, and as their parents, we feel immensely sad." But Zhao and her husband are also angry.
