After performing day 1 and having the kids come off the floor crying because they were so happy with their performance, I knew the final day was going to be even more amazing. Faced with a second place finish going into finals we rearranged the ending of the routine to incorporate a pyramid that was not there the day before based on feedback the judges gave on the score sheet. The kids really pulled it together to hit a clean routine on day 2 to clinch the victory. The Jr Coed team from 2005 went on to win 3 national titles. They really know how to "make out well!". This turns out to be the second season for a Jr team that I head coach to win 3 national titles. I am one of the only coaches/choreographers/music producers in the nation to win national titles having done ALL of the choreography and ALL of the music.
