Arrest On Camera: Mom Claims Police Used Excessive Force 4/20/06 Noon Yusila Ramirez Once again parents with children at Miami-Dade County schools are saying police are used too much force in breaking up another after-school fight. Tiandre Williams,16, and his 18-year-old brother Antoine were two of the students police say were involved in a fight near the North Dade Middle School Wednesday afternoon. Both brothers were arrested, but their mother, Mary Williams, says police used too much force on the boys when arresting them. Williams is referring to grainy video caught by a video camera phone by another student of the boys' arrest. One of the boys appears to be in a choke hold by officers while they hold guns up in the air, trying to break up the fight. "You could see that my son was not resisting arrest," Williams said of her son.
