Here is a simple test of a few possible electrolytes. The electrodes were about 1.75" deep, and were spaced about 1/8". They were about 1/2" wide thin stainless steel.I did test a pinch of sea-salt [perhaps 150mg] in water and it was about 0.6A current through it.. so it seems better than the potassium test. The amt. of potassium is unknown right now ..but is probably indicated on the side of the pill bottle. Caution: using salt can put some chlorine (from the sodium-chloride) into the air.I think a teaspoon of table salt is about 5000mg (or 5 grams).I took a pinch of "No Salt" - salt alternative. It contains: potassium chloride, and with lesser amounts of: potassium bitartrate, adipic acid, fumaric acid, silicon dioxide, and mineral oil. The results were similar to table salt.I tried to figure out the amounts of electrolyte used:Potassium: 99mgMagnesium: 250 mgCalcium: 600 mgAscorbic Acid (Vit. C): ~200mgWhite Vinegar: common 5% acid (50 grains) in WaterI believe...
