The aliens go to a Steven Seagal movie, and Sally is driven crazy by a piece of popcorn stuck in her teeth. Sally complains to Dick that, as second in command, she never gets to make decisions. Dick encounters some of his students in a restaurant, sees one of them smoking and is fascinated by how "sophisticated" he looks. Dick grabs the cigarette and is hooked with one puff. He becomes obsessed with cigarettes, smoking at every opportunity, and he's puzzled and indignant when people voice their displeasure at his behavior. Sally and Dick visit the dentist to get the popcorn removed from Sally's teeth, and Dick, forbidden to smoke in the dentist's office, retreats to the stairwell where he accidentally locks himself out. He continues smoking obliviously until the building closes for the night and he is stranded. Sally returns home, worried that Dick has vanished. She takes command and the next morning leads Harry and Tommy in a long, exhausting search. With Dick missing for three...
