One of my earliest successful recordings using the JVC camcorder loaned to me by Bexar County Sheriff's Department employee Tammy Johnson for the purpose of recording the stalking from helicopters initiated on September 27, 2001, by SAPD using an SAPD Helicopter less than three weeks after the horrific terrorists' attacks of September 11. SAPD helicopter pilots are also SAPD police officers. In January, 2002, an employee of the Bexar County Sheriff''s department, Tammy Johnson, came to my home and asked me a substantial number of questions. She loaned me a camcorder to record the ongoing abuse. When I told her of my first successful recording of the ongoing SAPD helicopter terroristic flyovers, she couldn't get to my home fast enough to view the recording.
